Probationary Period Information
As mentioned in our rules when each of you joined, we have a probationary period for our members. This is not something to be concerned about for most of you, and is designed to allow us all time to get to know each other and make sure we're all a good fit for each other. It also helps maintain the high quality of our membership base.
Please note that you don't have to actually quest with us or be interviewed, but we recommend you do participate in our TeamSpeak, website, and guild chat.
1. All members who join the BoR from April 4th, 2014 onwards will be placed at the rank of Recruit in-game (but Knight/Member on site) until their probationary period completes in 14 days.
2. We will maintain a list in the Council chambers of any complaints against members from other members or players, as well as note them on the member's application.
3. Any members we do not have complaints against by their probation end date, and who have not violated our rules or the ZOS terms of service, will be out of probation automatically after 14 days.
4. Any member that completes probation in a manner satisfactory to the Elder Council will be assumed active and will remain a full member of the BoR as long as they login to the game at least once every 90 days, unless they violate our rules or the ZOS terms of service, or they have complaints filed against them prompting a review.
5. Members who remove themselves from the guild at any point, or are removed for cause, require an Elder Council vote before re-admission will be permitted.
