Sure would be nice to get support on the weekend. I can no longer access my email attached and cannot do anything with my account because it wants me to verify my email that they keep sending every time. In order to change my email, I have to get into the email attached to my account which I cannot. Do I really have to wait until Monday normal business hours to get help?
I am unaware of any contact method for customer support in India. The best way I know is through the game options. Go into any screen (inventory, skills etc) At the top there will be the screen icons. Go to the ? (Help) click on it, go down to ask for help click it. Then start filling out the form as precise as possible. With any company, the key is to make sure that you are selecting the most appropriate drop downs to your problem and explain completely what it is that is wrong and what it is that you would like for them to do for you. The more precise your question and what you want, the easier it is for the agent that is answering that email to give you the information that you truly want. I have used this twice and both times my issues have been resolved to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. Sorry no number but hope this helps.
