New Applicant dropping in to say "Hello"
Hi BoR, I am Heori (also known as Matt and Bear) and I have applied for membership to your guild. As I am uncertain whether or not I have actually met any of you during my travels through Tamriel, I thought it'd be appropriate to introduce myself.
I'm 31, married, formerly a chef, and currently a student studying programming. My priorities are my wife and dog, followed by school, but I try to always make time to play. I'm a life-long gamer who's been playing MMOs since early Everquest and Ultima Online. I've played many MMOs, with World of Warcraft claiming most of my total time played, but I have been around in ESO since beta. Elder Scrolls lore is some of my favorite gaming lore out there, and I enjoy searching the dark corners of Tamriel for it's secrets. I dabble in a bit of every kind of gameplay, even the occasional roleplay; however, the most important thing to me isn't what I do, but who I do it with. I'm looking for a group of like-minded gamers who are active but do not chain themselves to a particular aspect of the game.
I found your guild via eso.guildex.org while searching for a new home for my characters, and I found myself impressed by what I have read thus far. You seem like a great bunch, so I applied.
Anyhow, hello! I look forward to hopefully meeting you all.
Well Met Yon Heori!

Go calmly amidst the noise and the haste....
...as you slice your way through the flesh & bone of the most formidable of foes!
Hi there! Welcome to the guild and you have dogs too! Sweet, me and Blass have a dopey chocolate lab and a 15 year old terrier who likes to thing she is the most important person in the house because of her age!
Looking forward to seeing ya in game! :)
Hi welcome to the guild and look forward to seeing you in game and on team speak. Oh and Demon forgot to mention our kitten called Razum Dar who leads the dogs a life of hell LOL
Regards Blass
Welcome! I'm fairly new myself, but I think you'll find this bunch extremely helpful and easy to jump right with, as I have!
Welcome to the BoR!
Welcome to BOR--Remember to jump in TeamSpeak to talk with other members, ask questions, or just to get some help questing and doing dungeons:)
Thanks, folks! I hopped in TS last night but didn't speak (social anxiety can be rough). I won't be on too much during the next 36-ish hours because I have an exam and an essay on Thursday, but I'll be around after that for sure. I appreciate the warm welcome!

Awww don't be shy, a real good way to integrate, that I found when I joined anyway, was to go to the events and just listen, or ask stuff or whatever. These guys will tell you, I was the same when I first joined, I think it was a few weeks before I even said hi! But these guys are a real cool bunch of people, so do whatever makes you feel comfortable.
On Sundays, me and Blass run a real casual AvA event, would be awesome if you came along. We wreck some face and have a good laugh. Dungeon runs Thursdays are an event too if you can make it then, that's a lot of fun too!

Once I get acclimated I will probably talk a lot--maybe too much--it generally just takes me a little while to work through the anxiety part. When it comes to writing, though, I don't have to deal with it. I'll likely speak next time I am on TS; when I got on the other night night, Karoneth was having a conversation with someone and I didn't want to interrupt.
I'd love to join you Sunday in AvA. Cyrodiil is one of the few places left that I haven't really done much in. During the beta, all I did after hitting level 10 was AvA and I really liked it, but for some reason that even I don't know, I've mostly avoided it. I've collected just about every skill point available outside of Cyrodiil, though, so I have very recently started to venture back into the zone.
As for dungeons, I might try joining you guys if my wife doesn't attempt to rope me into something that night. I haven't tested my current build in dungeons yet.
